Directions

Add 1 serving 15g (2 scoops) to 500-750ml water and mix well in a protein shaker, water bottle or blender.

Macro Mike Plant Protein Water can be taken before/after workouts, or anytime of the day to help increase your protein intake and stay hydrated.

The flavour intensity can be adjusted by adding more/less water to suit personal preference.
