C4 PRE WORKOUT DIRECTIONS:

The Supplement Stop recommends:

• Mixing a one scoop serving (6.5g) with 250ml – 400ml of cold water
• Shake well.
• C4 should be consumed 20 – 30 minutes BEFORE training.
• For best results, we recommend consuming it on an empty stomach and drink plenty of water when training.
• Beginners should start with a ½ scoop serving and build their resistance up until they are ready for a full scoop.
