ATP Science Gutright with modbiotics, which are a natural chemical found in fruits, nuts, seeds, spices and vegetable. They are a complex of polyphenols, glucans, lectins and polysaccharides. Gutright is a product that will support the imbalances in your gut, which will consequently help to support your overall health.

But first, get your Gutright!

Your modern diet and lifestyle may be directly affecting your gut. Our food has changed and too much sugar and too little plant polyphenols may be having a massive impact on your gut. Polyphenols are healthy parts of the peels, leaves, seeds and sprouts of plants that impact your gut microbiome. A diverse microbiome is the epicentre of your gut health.

A Modbiotic® is a group of natural compounds including polyphenols that help to maintain a healthy diverse microbiome. Probiotics add certain strains but you may already have enough of those same kinds or other tougher ones that won’t allow the probiotics to stick around and grow. Prebiotics may indiscriminately feed your bugs. Modbiotics® have a microbiome modifying effect.

Just as we look to fortify our diet with foods high in nutrients, vitamins and fibre to compensate for our changing foods, eating and farming we can now do the same thing with the for the lower levels of polyphenols in our foods by adding GUTRIGHT® modbiotics® into your diet. Stay tuned as we have some ATP science gutright reviews coming soon.

What makes our gut healthy?

Having the right number of bugs and the right combination of species of bugs for your body is what you are striving for. Majority of these bugs live in and on us because they are in our environment and food. More often than not it is not a deficiency of microbes but usually, a problem occurs when we get an overgrowth of the wrong types of bugs or even an overgrowth of what may be considered healthy bugs that disrupt the balance. We can have too much of a good thing.

4 Pillars Stack By ATP Science

Our eating has changed & our food has changed

Our food has changed due to farming techniques, harvesting, storage and food preparation techniques along with our food choices and purchases.

Per gram of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains, we now consume:

  • More sugar
  • Less fibre
  • Less Modbiotic™ compounds; antimicrobial, antibacterial and antifungal compounds from fibre, pulp, skins, peels, and seeds
  • Pesticides that may alter our microbes in our gut
  • Fewer micronutrients

ATP Science gutright ingredients

We eat a “balanced” diet but not a varied diet

We eat the same food all year round and we don’t eat with seasons. In nature, we would cycle between different fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes and grains through the seasons. Eating what is fresh and available for the season and then having months off while we wait for it to return. We have been taught to have a balanced diet by balancing our food groups in each meal or day but we tend to select the same foods, our favourite foods to consume most days, all year round.

We do not have regular intermittent fasting. In nature we go through phases of feast and famine, our metabolism learns to adapt to changing ratios of protein, carbohydrates, and fats and eating at different times of the day.

Without this variation and change, there is a constant food supply for certain microorganisms and deficiencies of favourite foods for other microbes and that will fuel an overgrowth of some and deficiencies of others. We need diversity.

So, how can foods help this?

  • Probiotics?
  • No.
  • Prebiotics?
  • No.
  • Symbiotics?
  • No. that just combines the above 2 points.
  • Modbiotic™?
  • YES!!!

Modbiotics™ are naturally occurring chemicals found in fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and spices that we simply aren’t eating enough of in our modern lifestyle. You can add back some of the missing modbiotic compounds with ATP Science Gutright™.

So, what is GutRight?

GutRight is a Modbiotic™ formulation. It is a concentrated form of naturally healthy modbiotic compounds that once was once found in abundance in our traditional diet, which was loaded with skins, peels, seeds and fibre.

GutRight is simply supporting the balance we once enjoyed when we ate a more natural diet. Just as we may supplement our diet to replace the deficient micronutrients with a multi formulation, or take extra fibre or supplement with oils; we can “spike” our diet with modbiotic compounds with GutRight.

Gutright review

Here is an ATP Science Gutright review from Ash Tilley. After giving up gluten, dairy, egg, wheat, celery, lettuce, pecans and many more items that I discovered I was allergic/intolerant to I was starting to feel better. But 9 months I tried this and it’s been amazing! After the smallest allergy-free meal, I felt like I’d had a full-blown Xmas lunch and I was beyond bloated, heavy, full, nausea etc. This has reduced by at least 70%!!!!! I’m keen to do another tub soon! Don’t skip a dose! The few times I forgot I suffered in the bathroom the next time I had a dose.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this product as I’ve had gut issues for the last 4 years and doctors don’t want to help you feel better or even fix your problem. I have had many years of bloating and distention in my belly which makes me look pregnant and this has helped a lot to try and resolve wants to happen in my gut and made me feel comfortable in my body. Every couple of months i will do the 10 day cleanse just to know my gut is working properly. It’s easier for my gut to digest a lot more of different foods now that I have used ATP Science Gutright… Great review Ash and AWESOME PRODUCT ATP…

ATP Science GutRight recipe

It’s understandable that it’s not always convenient to mix up a shot of ATP Science GutRight and guzzle it down when you’re out and about. So, we have created some snacks that you can take with you that hit the spot and also taste amazing!

350 grams gluten-free flour

1 tablespoon GutRight

1 tsp cinnamon

2 ½ teaspoons gluten-free baking powder

pinch of salt

250 grams salted butter (melted)

100 grams maple sugar or syrup

2 medium eggs, at room temperature

1 tsp vanilla bean extract

400 grams dark chocolate, roughly chopped

Fleur de sel or flaked salt, for final sprinkling

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, GutRight and salt. Set the dry ingredient mixture aside until needed.
  2. In the bowl beat together the melted butter and maple sugar on medium speed, until light and fluffy, add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in the vanilla bean extract and beat until well combined.
  3. Add the dry ingredients. Mix until roughly combined, add in the roughly chopped dark chocolate and beat until evenly combined, cover it in a thin layer of plastic wrap. Set the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven to 180 Celsius. Line a large baking sheet with non-stick parchment paper. Set aside.
  4. Remove the dough bowl from the refrigerator. Using a generous tablespoon as a measure, scoop out as many cookie balls as possible from the dough. Arrange the dough balls evenly amongst the sheets, then sprinkle over a little of the fleur de sel or flaked salt. You should be able to fit about 8 dough balls per sheet, depending upon size each cook.
  5. Bake, for 9 to 11 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on their baking trays for 10 minutes, before carefully transferring them to a wire rack to further cool slightly.
