• • Anyone who purchases a product from the protein powder category on thesuppstop.com.au during November 2020 will automatically earn an entry into the promotion
  • Entry to this promotion is open from 00:01am 1 November 2020 and closes 30 November at 11:59pm (entry period)
  • This promotion is open to all residents of Australia
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older by 1/12/20
  • There is no additional entry fee necessary to participate in the promotion
  • As entry into this promotion requires purchase, and purchase requires the entrant having a registered account with The Supplement Stop, our privacy policy applies with respect to the entrant’s personal information
  • By having a registered account with The Supplement Stop and making a purchase of protein powder during on www.thesuppstop.com.au during the entry period, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be in the promotion and is bound by these terms and conditions
  • The promoter is SNS Supps Pty Ltd (ACN 600623087) trading as The Supplement Stop
  • The prize is 12 x $50 gift voucher codes to be used on www.thesupplementstop.com.au. One of these codes will be given to the winner every month for a period of 12 months, starting in December 2020 and ending in November 2021
  • The total value of the prize is $600.00
  • The winner will only be allowed to use the codes to purchase protein powder
  • The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash
  • The winner will be chosen at random following the end of the promotion on Tuesday 1 December 2020 at 3pm
  • The random draw will take place at The Supplement Stop Belmont
  • Following the random draw, the decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to the determination of the winner
  • The winner will be notified by email and text message within 48 hours of the draw taking place. If the winner does not respond and cannot be contacted to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, The Supplement Stop reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner
  • The winner will be announced on The Supplement Stop’s Facebook page
  • Entrants acknowledge and agree that The Supplement Stop may use their name for promotional purposes, which includes announcing them as the winner
  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, The Supplement Stop excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or property damage which may be suffered or sustained by entrants or any third party during the course of entering the promotion and using the prize, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
